Dynamic Filtering & Complex Query Performance: Building a fluid property search engine—where users can concurrently filter by price ranges, locations, property types, and specific amenities—can easily strain database performance. This challenge was addressed by implementing highly efficient relational database indexes and optimizing complex queries to return real-time, accurate search results under low latency. Lead Capture & Workflow Automation: Converting passive web traffic into actionable real estate leads required creating seamless, state-backed contact forms and scheduling components. The technical focus was ensuring zero data loss during high-volume form submissions and building a reliable backend ingestion pipeline to seamlessly store and organize client inquiries.
